Returns Policy

We’re happy to assist if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 10-day return window on participating products from the initial delivery date (including pre-order items). Return Forms must be submitted within 10 days of the original delivery date. Once submitted, the item must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days. Please note that we do not cover shipping cost of any return/s associated with a refund and/or exchange on participating sale items.

We will cover the initial (one (1) only) shipping cost for your new exchange sales order on participating full-priced items.

End of Summer Sale Items (30% OFF) are final sale, with no return, credit or exchange options available.

Full-Priced Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received, with original packaging and all tags attached; and

  • Return Forms must be submitted within 10 days of the original delivery date. Once submitted, the item must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days.

  • We offer refunds, exchanges, and store credits (store credit with an additional 20% added to the total value of the returned products, redeemable online) if the product meets these requirements.

Shipping for Returns

 Australian Customers
We will cover the initial shipping fee for your exchange on participating full-priced item only. All shipping fees associated with any additional exchanges and/or credits for that order will be at the customer’s expense. 

International Customers
If you are returning an order from outside Australia, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return.

Please allow up to seven (7) business days for processing once your order reaches our warehouse.

 

Gift with Purchase Items

For change-of-mind returns, all “Gift with Purchase” items must be returned in their original condition along with the original purchase returned. Failing to return your “Gift with Purchase” will incur a processing fee being the RRP of the gift.

 

Faulty Items

We take pride in our exceptional quality. However, if you receive an item you believe to be faulty, please email our Customer Care Team at customercare@eadielifestyle.com.au

Faulty products:

  • Can be exchanged or refunded upon inspection – you may be asked to provide photo ID, images and or videos of the faulty product.

  • Must be inspected to clearly identify the fault before a resolution is provided

If your return is approved, we will process a refund via your original payment method.

Please allow up to seven (7) business days for processing once your order reaches our warehouse.

 

Three-Year Product Guarantee 

We proudly stand by the quality of our products and offer a three (3) year product guarantee on home products against any faults resulting from everyday domestic use only. Simply complete the product guarantee form to register your product/s.
