Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accommodate this through one of the below options. We offer a 30 day return window from date of delivery (including pre order items). Please note that we do not cover the shipping cost of returns for refund or exchange of sale items. We do cover the initial shipping costs of a return if you are exchanging a full priced item. If your product was purchased from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for assistance.

 Sale Items

 To be eligible for an exchange, items must be;

  • unused and in the same condition they were received, including in the original packaging and/or tags still attached
  • returned within 30 days of delivery
  • we offer exchanges if product is received as per above requirements

 Please note that we do not cover the shipping cost for return of sale items.

 No refund or store credit is available on sale items.

 Please allow up to 7 business days once your order has reached our warehouse for your return to be processed.

 

 Full priced items

 To be eligible for a return, items must be;

  • unused and in the same condition they were received, including in the original packaging and/or tags still attached
  • returned within 30 days of delivery
  • we offer refunds, exchanges and store credits (store credit with 10% added to the total value of the product/s being returned) if product is received as per above requirements

 Australian Customers

We will cover the initial shipping costs of a return if you are exchanging a full priced item. For any subsequent exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

 International Customers
If you are returning your order and are based outside Australia, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

 Please allow up to 7 business days once your order has reached our warehouse for your return to be processed.

 

 Gift with Purchase Items

 In the event of a change of mind return, all Gift with Purchase products must be returned in their original condition with the original purchase.

 

 Faulty Items

 We pride ourselves on our exceptional quality, however if you receive a product that you deem faulty,  please email our Customer Care Team at customercare@eadielifestyle.com.au

 Faulty products;

  • can be exchanged or refunded upon inspection
  • must be inspected to clearly identify fault before resolution is provided

 If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via the same payment method used.

 Please allow up 7 business days once your order has reached our warehouse for your return to be processed.

 

 Three Year Product Guarantee

 We proudly stand by the quality of our products and offer a three year product guarantee for your home product against any faults that may occur to it as a result of domestic, day to day use. Simply fill in the product guarantee form to register your product.
